Heinrich is multi-skilled in the commercial and legal spheres, having completed his studies in commerce as well as in law.
Heinrich's professional background includes being an admitted attorney with commercial and litigation experience, where he advised on and advised medium-sized corporations and litigated on behalf of medium-sized corporations as well as listed institutions.
Heinrich also has experience in the finance field, where he briefly worked for a venture capital finance house, which supplemented his work as attorney for one of the 4 major banks in South Africa.
Heinrich joined Accenture as a junior analyst and had rapidly promoted to Manager level with key expertise in the Automotive practise, as both a project manager and functional expert. His automotive functional expertise is centered around franchised dealer development and enhancement, with customer satisfaction and sales force effectiveness as focus topics. Heinrich has consulted to Volkswagen, Audi and BMW during his employment at Accenture.
Heinrich started working as a Market Manager at BMW Group, responsible for retail improvement projects at various international markets. Subsequently he assumed responsibility for the implementation of the entire portfolio of dealer process- and performance improvement projects world-wide together with his team of 6 market managers, delivering annual confirmed value in excess of 80m€ to the BMW Group and its dealer network.
Currently Heinrich is leading a team of market managers in the business aspects of a strategic European retail CRM implementation project, covering 14 countries and more than 500 dealer partners.
